Let me tell you a little bit about my healing journey.

I had a very emotionally painful childhood. I suffered emotionally and physically throughout my childhood. I was always trying to find answers and kept searching for the truth at some level as a child. I was desperate to know how to feel happy from within. How does it feel to be loved and accepted unconditionally completely?  Everything that money could buy did not make me truly happy. I joined a master's program in counseling psychology in my early 20s and through this, I understood that I was depressed as a child and it continued as I moved into adulthood.  Even after getting therapy I was still living a very unhappy life and still searching for answers. If not anything becoming a psychotherapist only made me more frustrated. I felt I knew so much cognitively but had no idea how to become this peaceful person. The journey felt daunting. 
I met my first spiritual mentor Jayshree Ashok when I was 29yrs old. She practiced emotional freedom techniques on me ànd for the first time in my entire life I felt a little relief in my body. I could feel some pain leave me. I got some hope. This started me off on a spiritual journey. I learned regression, EFT, meditations, and then inner child healing. Healing the child within turned my world around. I finally was coming back into myself, within. I was taking power back. This is very powerful work. I was beginning to feel more complete. Then, in 2014, I met Leonard Orr the founder of Rebirthing and Breathwork and that's when I was home. My search ended. I knew I was going to find all my answers. And as I did my spiritual purification practices with Earth, water, and fire and practiced breathwork and all of Leonard Orr's teachings, one step at a time I was finding peace and joy, and happiness within that was so real and so authentic. My daughter and I spent as much time as possible with Leonard. I worked very hard and dedicated myself to practicing everything taught by Leonard. Both Leonard Orr and his wonderful wife Elvi Orr unconditionally loved my daughter and me and helped us heal. After about nine years of practicing Rebirthing and Breathwork and 18 years into counseling, Living Colors was born in December 2021.  Living Colors is dedicated to serving people and helping everyone who comes to us heal, find their true self and reach the highest potential.
